It should come as no surprise to America that the unfortunately named Scooter Libby was nothing more than a scapegoat for the braintrust running the USA into the ground, Dick Cheney and Karl Rove. It's also no surprise that, under oath, it has been disclosed that Cheney and Rove were the persons who intentionally leaked the identity of undercover CIA agent Valerie Plame. Libby was little more than the fall guy for this shameful and treasonous act.
This news, fortunately for the White House, comes at the exact time of the president's State of the Union Address but will likely draw far more publicity than a carefully scripted publicity speech intended to bolster the attrocious approval ratings on George W. Bush.
It all boils down to the fact that Rove and Cheney, facing immense pressure from an unraveling war in Iraq, threw Libby under the bus as the man who had exposed an undercover CIA agent so they could both keep their powerful positions and stay out of prison.
Hopefully this trial leads to indictments for the real criminals and we can lock up Cheney and Rove and move towards an America which isn't run by thieves and liars for a short spell.

Secretly I am a CIA agent...don't tell anyone..
Have you ever seen "Bubba Hotep"? I recommend it.
In other news, I'd expect it on an old car, but mine's just a 2004 and it's a custom car. Read: do not customize your own car, it's a pain.
