If some yahoo in a suit thinks that iPods can kill you, he's wrong. It's having them turned up too loud and being unaware of your surroundings that can easily thin you from the herd.
And if Senator Krueger thinks that iPods are such a danger to the younger generations which they are so popular with, he needs to be reminded that a war in Iraq can also kill Americans and far more violently than being run down by a taxi.
