Golly, that's a lot of snow there...

A lot of snow for two small towns near Lake Erie in New York state whose asses got kicked by some hefty lake-effect snow but they know how to deal with it unlike here in the south metro of the Twin Cities last Tuesday when a couple inches of fluffy snow caused a 41 car pile-up on Interstate 35. And we thought we were all sorts of hardy in Minnesota, not quite. Try shoveling the roof of your entombed two-story house without needing a ladder to get up there. I give those upstate New Yorkers credit because, as one said "It snows here a lot". That's taking it in stride!

On the other hand, I'd probably haul my cheap ass out and get an honest to gosh snowblower because while I can handle 12 inches of snow I will never shovel 12 feet of snow.
